Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role in Poland. You will learn Fluke Reliability software and assist customers, partners, and internal teams via phone, email, web meetings, and chat.

The position offers growth within a collaborative Fortive ecosystem and exposure to multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (preferred), excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication of technical information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Database knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Fluke Reliability software to end users in Microsoft and Web-based environments.
• Answer incoming customer support phone calls, email and chat communications.
• Find and communicate accurate solutions to issues with troubleshooting abilities.
• Work in a team to provide high-quality support to customers across industries.
• Document issues clearly and concisely for ticketing and escalation.
