TheraListen is seeking motivated clinicians pursuing New York State licensure as an LCSW or LMHC-D to join our growing, clinician-led teletherapy practice. We provide accessible, affordable, and high-quality teletherapy to adolescents and adults across New York State, with a fully remote model and flexible scheduling.

We offer weekly supervision, monthly continuing education opportunities, and a supportive environment to advance your licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level graduate pursuing LCSW or LMHC licensure
• Currently hold LMSW or eligible for LMHC permit
• Post-graduate training in CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Trauma, CASAC preferred
• Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
• Committed to ongoing professional growth and excellence in clinical care
• Self-motivated with reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week
• Provide availability during evenings, weekends, or early mornings
• Work with individuals ages 12+
• Complete timely documentation (intakes and session notes)
• Participate in weekly team meetings and supervision

Skills

MSW or MSEd pursuing licensure

LCSW or LMHC licensure pursuit

LMSW permit eligibility

CBT/DBT/IFS/EFT/Trauma/CASAC training

Strong organizational skills

Strong written and communication

Self-motivated work ethic

Education
