Hightouch seeks a Staff AI Productivity Engineer to accelerate AI-powered development across our codebase. You will build infrastructure, tooling, and documentation to boost agent effectiveness, and own end-to-end improvements from cloud dev environments to MCP integrations.

You will lead cross-team efforts, contribute to documentation, and help shape the AI-assisted development experience beyond the Dev Productivity scope. A strong candidate could wear multiple hats across our engineering org.

Formación

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to dive into complex backend code.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Devin).
• Experience writing effective agent documentation or context files that improve agent output.
• Track record of building developer tools or infrastructure used by engineers.
• Comfortable across the stack including CI/CD, cloud infra, internal tooling, and application code.

Responsabilidades

• Own the agentic development environment and ensure agents run in cloud-based dev environments.
• Build MCP server integrations that connect agents to CI, Slack, Datadog, Github, etc.
• Maintain repo-wide agent guidance and context docs; expose conventions and packages for agents.
