Job summary

Alignerr is hiring Software Engineers in Lublin for a remote, hourly contract to help shape AI-generated code used to train AI systems to think like developers.

You will write, review, and improve AI-written code, providing expert feedback on correctness, performance, and readability. Engage across languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, and Go while working asynchronously on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience reading, reviewing, and debugging code across languages.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Able to explain technical decisions clearly in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank multiple AI-produced solutions by engineering quality and maintainability.
