Virtus Lab Sp. z o.o. is building a DLT-focused platform with its own contract language and deployment infrastructure. You will optimize distributed drivers and contribute to cryptographic techniques while collaborating with teams in Switzerland and Krakow.

We value strong Scala skills, knowledge of algorithms, and pragmatic problem solving. English communication is essential for cross-border teamwork.

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in Scala and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software performance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing technical excellence with real-world constraints.
• Experience with distributed systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.
• Good command of English (B2/C1).

Responsabilidades

• Develop drivers for solutions in Distributed Ledger Technology and optimize their performance.
• Work on our language for defining contracts, ensuring consistency and security of transactions, and supporting deployment infrastructure.
• Create components that enable integration of the language with existing and new DLT/Blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate across multiple teams in Switzerland and Krakow to deliver scalable, reliable systems.
