Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for the Deep Learning team. You will own and deliver production-ready models for complex perception problems across cloud and edge devices.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with PyTorch, Python, and CUDA, plus strong communication and collaboration within a fast-paced tech environment. This is a fully remote position based in Poland.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience building and deploying machine learning models for perception in production settings.
• Core skills: designing, training, evaluating and deploying highly optimized ML models for perception in cloud and edge devices.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, Python, CUDA and related skills.
• Good communicator, self-starter and collaborative in fast-paced startup culture.

Responsibilities

• Come up with solutions to complex perception problems using deep learning.
• Articulate ideas verbally and in writing with clear design and project plans.
• Contribute to team roadmap and planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers within the team.
