• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of B2B funnel metrics.
• Ability to interpret data and tell the business story behind it.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketing and Sales Funnel analytics.
• Connect marketing and business data to evaluate ROI.
• Develop and maintain dashboarding and reporting frameworks.
• Support forecasting and business planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Business Development.
• Lead the CRO process and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Work on ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
