Job summary

Teciem designs, builds, and delivers treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions worldwide. The Senior DevOps Engineer will join a 25‑person DevOps team to develop, monitor, and operate Development Engineering services across on‑prem and Azure Cloud environments.

You will focus on observability, automation, and self‑service while collaborating with R&D and DevOps teams to drive Teciem Cloud maturity. Remote work from Poland with monthly office presence is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT as a DevOps and/or SRE.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science and/or cloud certs (Azure/AWS).
Polish and English written and verbal communication.
Experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes and public cloud (Azure/AWS).
CI/CD development with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki; ArgoCD experience.
Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
Developer mindset with scripting (Python, shell, Groovy, Java).
Knowledge of networking and Agile (SAFe/Scrum).

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and operate Development Engineering services from development to production (On Prem & Azure Cloud).
Improve observability, availability, performance and capacity planning.
Automate tasks and enable self-service with minimal manual work.
Support R&D and DevOps teams as clients of Development Engineering services.
