Endego in Kraków is seeking a proven Simultaneous Engineering Team Leader for the Interior module in automotive development. You will lead the cross-functional SE team, drive integration, validation, release, and industrialization across the development process, and align objectives with the Module Team Leader.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in automotive product development, Interior Systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of simultaneous engineering and industrialization.
- Professional German and fluent English for international collaboration.
- Proven leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the SE team for the Interior module throughout development.
- Manage cross-functional development, integration, validation, release and industrialization.
- Develop concepts, assess feasibility and manufacturing plausibility with functions.
- Define project objectives, specs, costs, weight and timing with Module Team Leader.
- Chair SE team meetings and drive technical discussions and decisions.
- Monitor maturity, risks; coordinate changes and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with requirements and standards; drive collaboration across teams.
- Provide status reports and drive continuous process improvements.
