Job summary

payabl. is seeking a QA Engineer – FinDB to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our financial data and payment-related systems.

You will contribute to strong test coverage across QA Automation, API, and backend testing in a fast-paced fintech environment. This hands-on role involves building tests with Playwright and TypeScript, designing test cases, analyzing logs, and collaborating with engineers and product teams to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Experience with API and backend testing.
• Ability to design and structure clear, maintainable test cases.
• Strong debugging and data validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Create and execute test cases based on new feature implementations.
• Perform API and backend testing for data integrity.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing across FinDB systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve quality and delivery.
• Participate in QA input early in development cycles.
