Forte Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join an agile team. You will own testing strategy, execute comprehensive manual and API tests, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure features meet business needs.

You will also contribute to automation initiatives and develop QA agents and tools. With a remote-first culture and extensive cross-functional collaboration, you will work on complex client-server systems and play a key role in release readiness and quality

Formación

• At least four years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Experience testing complex, integrated systems and understanding how architecture affects testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, test levels, and test types.
• Experience creating test assets: strategies, scenarios, cases, data, and traceability.
• Hands-on experience with functional API testing and REST principles; Postman collections and environment usage.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of application quality and drive improvements to reduce defects.
• Analyze requirements and define testing strategies; maintain test documentation.
• Plan and execute manual functional, integration, system, API, exploratory, regression, and smoke tests.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and manage defects.
• Assess release readiness and communicate testing results and risks.
• Create and maintain QA agents, workflows, and reusable tools; support automation opportunities.
