No prior call center or market research experience is required, as training is provided. You will declare and manage your own taxes as a self-employed contractor in Poland and participate in an international

Qualifications

• Polish language skills at C2 level required.
• Strong communication and clear pronunciation.
• Basic English for internal communication and training.
• Able to work independently in a quiet environment.
• Reliable internet and a suitable computer setup.
• Call center or market research experience is an advantage but not required.
• Based in Poland due to project time-zone requirements.
• Minimum of 16 hours per week (4 shifts).
• Afternoon, evening, or weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities
