RWS is seeking a remote, part-time Search Quality Evaluator to test and evaluate how client search engines respond to everyday queries. The role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and adherence to SLAs while working from home in Poland.

Ideal for freelancers or students, the position requires Polish and English proficiency, a reliable internet connection, and the ability to pass training and a client-specific test prior to starting. Pay is hourly at up to $11.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Poland.
• Strong understanding of popular culture in Poland.
• Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum 20 hours per week.
• Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
• Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection.
• Must pass training modules and a required test before commencing work.
• Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate how client search engines respond to everyday searches.
• Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to refine AI data.
• Work to improve AI data used by major search engines, social media, and streaming platforms.
