Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Oracle/PostgreSQL Database Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reference data solutions. The role offers a mostly remote work model with periodic presence in the Warsaw office.

Key requirements include 2+ years of experience, strong Oracle and PostgreSQL skills, data modeling expertise, and hands-on SQL/PL/SQL, migrations, and data transformations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Oracle/PostgreSQL development.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of relational data modeling and design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, migrations and transformations.
• Experience designing and maintaining reference data and conversion tables.
• Knowledge of data integration and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data structures in Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Design, develop and maintain conversion tables and reference data dictionaries.
• Define and implement new data attributes and structures.
• Ensure data consistency, quality and integrity across solutions.
• Prepare and execute data migration, export and transformation processes.
• Support project teams in data management and integration activities.
• Participate in requirements analysis and changes for reference data management.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers and stakeholders.
