Lever, Inc. is seeking a Video Game LQA Tester based in Poland to ensure localized titles deliver a polished player experience. The role focuses on linguistic QA, from review of in-game text to bug tracking and collaboration with international teams, all within a remote contract setup.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in localization QA, native language fluency, strong English skills, and a sharp eye for linguistic accuracy. The position offers fully remote work, approx.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional localization quality assurance experience, preferably in video games.
• Native-level fluency in the target language.
• Strong written and spoken English for instructions and collaboration with international teams.
• Excellent attention to detail for language, terminology, grammar, context and consistency.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking and project management tools.
• Ability to follow detailed testing procedures and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform linguistic QA testing on localized video game content.
• Review in-game text for linguistic, grammatical, contextual, and consistency issues.
• Identify language defects and assess impact on player experience.
• Log bugs accurately using bug-tracking systems.
• Provide clear, concise descriptions to help teams resolve issues.
• Follow project-specific testing procedures and localization guidelines.
• Track reported issues and provide updates throughout testing.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders for high-quality releases.
• Maintain attention to detail and consistency across tasks.
• Contribute to an engaging experience for players in the target market.
