Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale production ML systems.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to products used by tens of thousands of customers.
• Expertise in ML algorithms and productionizing ML models for scalable systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative approaches to technical challenges.
• Experience leading technical discussions and setting technical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, microservice design and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ML projects from inception to production and maintenance.
• Make architectural decisions for scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions.
• Drive collaboration across ML and engineering teams to ensure product success.
