Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical degree such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline.
• Actively developing skills in Java and Spring Boot - working on own projects or coursework.
• Solid foundations in SQL and ability to apply them to real data problems.
• English at B2+ level - our daily working language with international clients and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious, engaged, and ambitious mindset.
• Readiness to learn independently, ask questions, and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Jumping straight into real-world projects for international clients, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.
• Helping ensure that business applications run smoothly in production environments.
• Assisting in analyzing and solving technical issues, developing your debugging and problem‑solving skills in a live setting.
• Gradually taking on more development‑related tasks as your experience and confidence grow.
• Collaborating with experienced engineers to learn best practices in backend development and cloud environments.
