Job summary

TheAgileWorks UK is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for Kraków and Wrocław with remote flexibility in Poland. You will help build and operate the Digital Core platform, delivering real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Java, strong streaming knowledge, and experience with Flink, Kafka, ELK, BPMN/CMMN tooling, and cloud CI/CD pipelines. Remote work from Poland is supported with a B2B contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of data streaming and real-time analytics.
• Experience with Flink/Kafka and ELK stack is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with BPMN/CMMN tooling and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of platform capabilities in real-time processing and analytics.
• Collaborate with solution architect to define the platform and engineering best practices.
• Provide leadership to agile teams ensuring high standards and best practices.
• Contribute to cross-team chapters to build compliant, scalable solutions.
• Assess new projects and advise on technology choices and architecture.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and participate in SDLC phases.
• Ensure operational controls for moving from test to production.
