Allstate Insurance Agency - Thomas Whitaker is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency by engaging new prospects and building strong community relationships. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to help customers understand value and build long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities include generating new business, qualifying leads, cross-selling, and educating customers on protecting families and assets with Allstate products.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
