Job summary

Authologic seeks a Mid Product Analyst to own how we integrate, document, and optimize identity products. You will translate complex provider architectures and market requirements into crystal-clear specifications, working with our Head of Product and domain experts.

We operate as an AI-first team, encouraging use of AI tools to draft documentation, accelerate research, and automate repetitive tasks so you can focus on product strategy and user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical foundation with technical fluency and a sharp eye for product quality.
• Exposure to Digital Identity, KYC, AML, or user verification is desirable.
• Clear business communication with ability to interact with developers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with APIs and reading REST/JSON docs; curiosity and fast learning.
• Professional fluency in English and Polish (C1+ English) required.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw inputs, partner API docs, and team discussions into clear specifications and data flows.
• Collaborate with providers, Sales, and R&D to gather and structure integration requirements.
• Draft initial specification outlines using AI tools to speed up research.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases (Notion) and improve external API docs for engineers and clients.
