Job summary

Savino Insurance Group is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to build a long-term career in health insurance. This remote role focuses on learning the business, communicating with prospective clients, and becoming proficient at helping people find coverage.

You will work with leads provided via CRM, make outbound calls, qualify needs, set appointments, and help clients enroll once licensed. No insurance experience is required at start; licensing support is offered and remote work

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required to start; licensing guidance provided as you work toward a resident Health & Life license.
• Must be coachable, driven, and able to work remotely with discipline and accountability.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and willingness to learn our sales process.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients who requested health insurance information.
• Qualify client needs, determine eligibility, and identify appropriate coverage options.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects; guide clients to enrollment after licensing.
• Utilize our CRM, scripts, and proven processes to manage activity and outcomes.
