Vocate Education Solutions seeks a Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to lead and advance governance, risk management, compliance, and information security programs. You will implement controls, oversee vendor risk, and drive AI governance while partnering with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business leaders.

The role emphasizes vulnerability management, third‑party risk, policy governance, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, information systems, computer science, risk management, business administration, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in information security governance, cybersecurity risk management, regulatory compliance, security assurance, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading and developing team members or directing complex information security and GRC programs.
• Experience managing a vulnerability management program with patch and remediation coordination.
• Experience conducting third‑party information security and privacy risk assessments.
• Knowledge of NIST, CIS, and related risk frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance, risk, and compliance programs and continuously enhance the framework.
• Oversee cybersecurity and technology risk management activities and communicate risks to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met with Legal and Compliance.
• Manage security governance with IT, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Lead vulnerability management program including scanning and remediation.
• Coordinate third‑party risk assessments and vendor risk documentation.
• Develop and maintain AI governance programs and risk controls.
• Monitor risk, compliance performance with dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop policy governance and lifecycle with ownership and reviews.
• Deliver security awareness training and foster team development.
• Perform other duties and support continuous improvement.
