Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Manager (Global) to lead strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation across studies and regions from a homebased position. • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in clinical research with 3+ years in leadership.
• International project experience across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of global Site Activation activities.
• Lead start-up delivery (pre-award through activation) and lifecycle maintenance.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential documents.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor and coach team members and drive continuous improvement.
