Job summary

Colliers in Poland is seeking a Global Cyber Controls Administrator to join our IT security team. You will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Poland, supporting daily operations, configuration, and implementation of key cybersecurity controls across Colliers globally.

You will administer NGFW/WAF, monitor endpoints, analyze logs, and work with global teams to keep systems secure. A 1–3 year background in security or IT administration, exposure to vendors like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Systems Administration, network administration, or a cybersecurity/firewall administrator role.
• Exposure to or experience configuring and monitoring enterprise firewalls from major vendors.
• Familiarity with Windows-based servers and Azure AD / GCP security.

Responsibilities

• Administer NGFW & WAF cyber controls and maintain firewall rules.
• Monitor endpoint security and SIEM dashboards; respond to alerts and triage issues.
• Collaborate with global teams and engineers to maintain system integrity.
