Label Your Data is seeking a Data Annotator to join our cutting-edge 3D digital twin project. You will map and reconstruct electrical distribution networks, label grid components, and help prevent power grid failures.

This fully remote role offers competitive USD compensation, opportunities for long-term growth, and a supportive management style. Ideal candidates have GIS/Geodesy background, strong 3D navigation skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Background in GIS, Geodesy, Cartography, Land Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong spatial reasoning and the ability to easily navigate 3D environments.
English B2 (ability to read instructions, watch training videos, and communicate effectively).
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn from feedback.
PC/laptop with an Intel i7-11800H (or equivalent/better CPU), dedicated GPU (NVIDIA T1200 or better; RTX 4060 recommended), and 16 GB RAM minimum (32 GB preferred).

Responsibilities

Reconstructing 3D power grid networks using point cloud (LiDAR) and map (GIS) data.
Placing 3D objects (poles, lines, conductors) to match real-world physical layouts.
Aligning original 2D map data with 3D models.
Labeling high-resolution drone photos to identify grid components and detect structural defects (e.g., equipment damage or wear).
