Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer for a fully remote contractor role (~15 hours per week) to support an AI training project focused on software development, debugging, code evaluation, and technical problem-solving.

You will develop and debug front-end and back-end applications, build features and APIs, review AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance, and translate builds across languages. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language.
• Experience building and debugging full-stack apps across frontend and backend.
• Familiar with APIs, databases, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug front-end and back-end applications.
• Build features, APIs, services, and data models.
• Understand and work across unfamiliar codebases.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Translate and adapt software builds between programming languages.
