Job summary

Antal is seeking an experienced Contract Manufacturing Organization Manager (F/M) to lead relationships with contract manufacturers across Poland and Europe. You will optimize costs, ensure product availability, and drive successful project delivery in a dynamic, cross-border setting.

Responsibilities include supplier management, production scheduling alignment, and coordinating new manufacturer onboarding with Product Development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic procurement or contract manufacturing.
• Experience in supplier management and negotiations.
• Understanding of production processes and costs.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• Fluency in Polish and English; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external contract manufacturers across the portfolio.
• Ensure continuity of supply by aligning production schedules and capacity.
• Monitor production orders and update delivery dates in systems.
• Analyze raw material and manufacturing costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead price and commercial negotiations with support from the line manager.
