• 3+ years experience in full-cycle technical recruiting or sourcing.
• Proven track record hiring Software Engineers, Product Managers, and GTM roles in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in technical sourcing methods and pipeline analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution for full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Build and deliver high-quality pipelines across engineering, product, GTM, and ops.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions.
