Job summary

co.brick Talents is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide data architecture for a complex, multi-entity organization. You will translate business and data strategy into a coherent target architecture, establish common data models and integration standards.

You will guide the phased transition roadmap, ensuring interoperability, data consistency, and trust across units, with a focus on APIs, data governance, and modern data

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Enterprise Data Architecture within complex, multi-entity or large-scale corporate environments.
• Deep expertise in conceptual and logical data modeling, as well as canonical data models.
• Solid experience in Cloud / Hybrid Data Architecture, Data Lakehouses, and Modern Data Warehouses.
• Practical understanding of integration paradigms: APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Batch pipelines.
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• High proficiency in English (B2/C1) for seamless daily collaboration with international business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing data landscape across business units, including platforms, models, integrations, dependencies, and data ownership.
• Define enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and target-state architectures.
• Develop conceptual and logical data models, canonical models, and common definitions for priority data domains.
• Establish integration patterns, interoperability standards (APIs, event-driven, batch), and federated architecture governance.
• Identify architecture gaps, migration priorities, and dependencies to deliver an actionable, phased transition roadmap.
