Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale business applications, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Recognised project management certification (PMI / PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans for D365 F&O deployments.
• Lead and coordinate site-level preparation activities across functions.
• Manage the full cutover planning process, including checklists and resource allocation.
• Act as the main liaison between central and local teams.
• Monitor implementation KPIs and post-go-live performance metrics.
