Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Monitoring/CRA professional able to handle site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits remotely or on-site. You will verify informed consent, protect subject privacy and ensure data integrity across sites, while staying compliant with GCP and local regulations.

You will review ISF/TMF, train site staff, manage IP inventory and collaborate with sponsor teams.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities

Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (onsite or remote) ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity.
Assesses site processes, conducts source document review, validates CRF data accuracy and completeness; drives query resolution.
Manages IP inventory, reconciliation, labeling, import/export, and storage security per protocol.
Maintains ISF and TMF alignment; archives documents per local guidelines.
Documents activities, supports recruitment and retention efforts; tracks observations and action items.
