Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience in computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with scientific libraries.
• Strong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning.
• Ability to design original, difficult problems beyond textbook recall.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Design difficult chemistry problems that reflect real scientific workflows.
• Create deterministic tasks with one correct answer and fully verified solutions.
• Develop reasoning-intensive and computationally grounded problems.
• Use Python and, where appropriate, chemistry tools or simulation packages.
• Ensure all tasks are reproducible, technically precise, and clearly documented.
