Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
• Practical experience in designing and developing distributed systems.
• Advanced Java knowledge (at least mid-level).
• Advanced knowledge of REST API.
• Oracle knowledge at an intermediate level.
• Advanced RabbitMQ knowledge with event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication.
• Knowledge of AsyncAPI.
• Proficient with Git.
• Knowledge of Maven.
• Knowledge of Jenkins.
• Experience with OpenShift.
• Experience building, maintaining and evolving CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience leading a tech team or acting as Technical Lead.
• Experience defining and enforcing code quality standards.
• Experience with testing, code reviews and good development practices.
• Mentoring less experienced developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend of CLP application handling credit workflow for corporate clients.
• Work with Git, Maven, Jenkins and OpenShift.
• Participate in architectural and technical change design.
• Act as Technical Lead and support team in tech decisions.
• Design and implement new features in Java.
• Develop and maintain REST services.
• Develop asynchronous communication using RabbitMQ.
• Design event-driven solutions.
• Continue modularizing monolith into microservices.
• Design and develop distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with Oracle databases.
• Create and maintain integration contracts, including AsyncAPI.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes.
