Job summary

Syneos Health Poland sp. z o.o. seeks an Associate Director, Site Management Associates, to lead RBM strategy and oversight in a homebased role in Poland. The candidate will guide internal teams and sponsors, drive risk-based monitoring initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOPs/ICH guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical operations expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across sponsor engagements, data management, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Master's degree or health data sciences degree preferred.
• Expert in Good Clinical Practice/ICH E6 (R2) Guidelines and/or other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Expert in Risk-Based Monitoring Strategies processes and tools preferred.
• Experience interacting with sponsors, including handling conflict and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert monitoring strategy, oversight and guidance to support internal teams and sponsors.
• Guides teams through implementing a high quality RBM solution and documents key decisions.
• Oversees risk assessment, data/process identification and mitigation strategies.
• Strategizes with sponsors to adopt hybrid approaches when new data sources or processes are introduced.
• Ensures access to data needed to execute RBM as planned.
• Provides oversight to prioritize activities, monitor metrics, and develop contingency plans.
• Leads work streams to develop initiatives and strategic direction of the BU.
