Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a professional manner per interpreter code of conduct.
• Be prepared to take notes during a call.
• Render all messages accurately without additions or omissions.
• Provide high level customer service during interpreting.
• Facilitate communication between LEP and Client with accurate interpretation.
• Engage in internal professional training and pursue certifications.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
• Comply with dress code for video remote interpreting.
