Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that help AI systems learn, respond, and perform more accurately.

This is a fully remote hourly contract with flexible scheduling (10–40 hours per week) and opportunities to work across text, image, and audio tasks using clear guidelines and feedback tools.

No prior AI experience required; sharp attention to detail and strong written English are enough to start.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely and consistently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and workload.
• Strong written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI systems to be more accurate and reliable.
• Assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and correctness.
• Apply detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistency across all tasks.
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
