Job summary

Netguru is seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge client delivery, pre-sales and internal AI tooling. You’ll embed with a client team, translate ambiguous business problems into a defensible technical scope, and ship AI systems to production—fast.

Half of your time contributes to NetguruOS by turning field learnings into reusable patterns. The role is built for someone with 5+ years in AI-enabled software, 2+ years in client-facing consulting, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience in AI-enabled software
• 2+ years in client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering
• Proven full-cycle ownership: discovery scoping build production handoff
• Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Embed with client or internal team and define technical scope
• Run discovery workshops and translate pain into actionable plans
• Lead pre-sales on AI opportunities and close deals
• Build and ship AI-enabled workflows and copilots
• Extend internal AI platform with new agents and skills
• Provide production-grade software and maintain observability and guardrails
