Job summary

Forte Group in Poland seeks a hands-on Technical Product Owner to drive day-to-day execution of its AI Delivery Tribe. You will groom backlogs, write detailed specs, and pair with engineers to move AI automation from roadmap to production.

You will operate as a senior leader within the tribe, ensuring repeatable AI workflows, production-grade validation, and clear accountability across engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B Enterprise SaaS, ERP systems, or complex data integration platforms.
• Experience launching AI/ML features, automated data flows, or complex automation frameworks.
• Proven delivery track record, shipping technical products in engineering-heavy teams.
• Strong understanding of data structures, schema mapping, API integrations, and modern cloud-native software.

Responsibilities

• Backlog & sprint management: write user stories, acceptance criteria, and groom daily backlog.
• Direct data interaction: analyze usage logs, validate AI outputs, document edge cases for engineering resolution.
• Outcome-led delivery: prioritize features and balance trade-offs between prompt engineering, model tuning, and tool development.
• Operational maturity: act as PM for AI operational capabilities, including prompt management and monitoring.
• Transformation leadership: lead AI-first PDLC with gated verification and security scanning.
• Success metrics: define and track onboarding lead-time, AI adoption, defect escape, and DORA metrics.
• Commercial impact: partner with Client Success, Delivery, and Sales to validate ROI of AI framework.
