Job summary

Nightingale Education Group is seeking an Admissions Enrollment Advisor I to be the first connection for prospective nursing students. This full-time, remote role guides applicants through Discover, Commit, Start Application processes, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

Responsibilities include outbound/inbound calls to schedule interviews, maintaining learner records in the LMS, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliant enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Experience with CRM and SIS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; FERPA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to set appointments and conduct interviews.
• Contact learners to confirm appointments and provide information and support throughout the process.
• Maintain learner records in the LMS and ensure compliance and accreditation standards.
• Generate referrals, enter inquiries in the system, and track correspondence with prospects.
• Guide applicants through Discover, Commit, Start Application processes and assist decision-making.
• Attend admissions meetings and collaborate with other functions to deliver enrollment services.
