Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage end-to-end AP, maintain vendor records, and support month-end close. You will ensure timely payments, accurate invoicing, and strong vendor relationships in a remote, globally accessible role.

This position requires 2+ years of AP experience, proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp, and solid Google Workspace skills. Remote work is available worldwide, with GMT time-friendly options encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp financial systems.
• Strong Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor records and support month-end close activities.
• Code, approve, and document invoices per policy.
• Schedule payments according to vendor terms and internal timelines.
• Reconcile AP aging and monitor outstanding payables.
• Assist in audits and internal control documentation.
• Collaborate with auditors and external partners as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for AP inquiries from staff, contractors, and vendors.
