Job summary

A leading Support-as-a-Service company based in Poland seeks an Account Executive to manage partner onboarding and support processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, strong organizational abilities, and prior sales experience. Qualifications

  • Spotless writing and structure.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal tools.
  • Personal laptop with minimum 8Gb of RAM.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner sign-up and onboarding processes.
  • Communicate with partners through email.
  • Maintain accurate partner records in CRM.

Skills

Excellent English skills (at least C1)
Strong organisational skills
Previous experience in Sales
Experience in partner onboarding
Comfortable working with Salesforce
Ability to build rapport
