• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an indirect procurement role, preferably with international exposure.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to drive change and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPR buying process for the assigned region, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
• Manage the Source-to-Contract process, including supplier sourcing and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand potential challenges and business requirements.
