Job summary

Tickmill is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to own and drive recruitment across the Tickmill Group. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a high-performing function that delivers great hires and an excellent candidate experience while growing the team under your leadership.

You will set the pace on strategy, own the numbers, and partner with business leaders to align hiring with priorities. The role offers hybrid work flexibility across locations.

• Track record of building or improving a recruitment process from an inconsistent starting point.
• Advanced English is required.
• Polish language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

What does the role look like?

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruitment Team Lead to take ownership of recruitment across the Tickmill Group. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build something real: a high-performing recruitment function that consistently delivers great hires, a strong candidate experience, and a team that grows under their leadership. You'll set the pace on strategy, own the numbers, and be the person business leaders trust to get hiringright.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the recruitment strategy's execution across all locations, and contribute to its ongoing development
• Translate strategic direction into practical, market-specific recruitment plans for each location
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Manage and develop the recruitment team by delegating searches, assessing performance, and supporting each team member's growth
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end, from first contact through offer and onboarding
• Oversee and improve onboarding structures across all locations, so new hires have a consistent, well-organised start wherever they join
• Build strong working relationships with business leaders and hiring managers, and lead workforce planning conversations that keep hiring aligned with business priorities
• Own recruitment analytics and reporting, using data to track performance, identify trends and inform decisions
• Own the Applicant Tracking System, driving automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy
• Act as the first point of escalation for recruitment matters
• Related duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Working Experience

• 5+ years' recruitment experience, including experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team;
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries / jurisdictions simultaneously;
• Prior experience in international organizations, ideally in financial or tech services;

Standard Qualifications

• Track record of building or improving a recruitment process from an inconsistent starting point;
• Strong command of ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment metrics/reporting;
• Advanced English required;
• Polish language is a strong advantage.
