Job summary

A leading iGaming company seeks a Recruitment Lead to drive their global hiring strategy and manage a high-performing recruitment team. This strategic role requires proficiency in recruitment methodologies and strong soft skills. The ideal candidate has over 4 years in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership position, fluent in English and Ukrainian. The position offers a hybrid work model in Warsaw or full remote for other locations, along with comprehensive benefits including paid sick leave and corporate training reimbursement.

Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to define and drive global hiring strategy, manage a high-performing recruitment team, and support the growth of a leading company in the iGaming industry. This is a strategic, hands-on role suited for a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Full remote work format from Europe or hybrid work format for candidates in Warsaw.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, fostering continuous improvement and alignment with hiring goals.
  • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies, focusing on junior-to-C-level hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Independently manage and close senior and executive-level roles while supporting the team with hiring across other functions.
  • Analyze hiring metrics, assess pipeline effectiveness, and optimize processes to improve time-to-hire and candidate quality.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to pre-onboarding, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on business needs, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain and grow employer branding via platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Enhance sourcing effectiveness using advanced techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray, Headhunting and others).
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
  • Languages proficiency: English at B2+ level, native/fluent level of Ukrainian.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with 2+ years in a leadership role in the IT sector.
  • Strong team management skills with a focus on mentorship and performance development.
  • Experience working with hiring managers of all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven success in building and executing scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, PeopleForce, Slack, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solid grasp of IT terminology, roles, frameworks, and languages.
  • Strong soft skills: business-oriented mindset, adaptability, ownership, proactivity, and a results-driven approach.
