A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Recruiter based in Wrocław. You will recruit for specialized roles in the Spanish market, managing the entire recruitment process. The role requires strong Spanish and English language skills, with a focus on teamwork and service orientation. This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

This is an opportunity to recruit for specialized and unique roles in the Spanish market within the pharmaceutical industry, including medical and clinical positions. You will also be responsible for hiring across Spain, where we have production sites as well as Global HUBs (IT, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation). The recruitment projects are diverse, encompassing areas such as manufacturing, engineering, quality management, sales, specialized IT, and many other roles.
