Qualifications

  • Having a valid driving license is an additional advantage.

Expectations
  • Spanish proficiency, both written and verbal,
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities,
  • experience as a recruiter with a successful placement record is an advantage (preferred South and Middle America region),
  • valid driving license is an additional advantage.
Tasks
  • manage the full recruitment process: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding,
  • develop effective recruitment strategies,
  • conduct initial screenings and coordinate with hiring managers,
  • utilize various recruitment channels and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS),
  • ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
