In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization across various countries in Europe.**Location:** This a remote or a hybrid role based in Poland.**How Will You Thrive:*** **Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.* **Talent Sourcing:** Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent across Europe.* **Candidate Management:** Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.* **Collaboration:** Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.* **Market Intelligence:** Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.**What We’re Looking For:*** **Education:** High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.* **Experience:** Experience of at least 1-2 years as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency is required. Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for technical, engineering, life sciences or distribution roles is preferred.* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.* **Languages:** Business fluency in **English and fluent German** is required.
