Collaborating closely with the office administration, management, facilities, and external partners, our team is known for delivering exceptional service and an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.* Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and colleagues as the first point of contact.* Providing organisational and administrative support for meetings, events, and everyday office activities.* Overseeing reception and conference areas, including coordination of catering.* Providing backup coverage for administration team members.* Oversee office supplies and employee onboarding logistics, including ordering stationery, coordinating company merchandise, preparing welcome packages, and administering security cards and badges for new joiners.* Handling ad hoc tasks to support smooth office functioning* Have previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front-of-house role (preferably in professional services or hospitality).* Communicate fluently in Polish and English.* Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills.* Are proficient with office management software (such as Microsoft Office).* Uphold a high standard of professionalism and personal appearance.* Show initiative and problem-solving ability.* Work effectively both independently and in a team.In the event that we make an offer to you, and where local legislation permits, we will conduct pre-engagement screening checks that may include but are not limited to your professional and academic qualifications, your eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction, any criminal records, your financial stability and references from previous employers.
