Job summary

A global professional IT services provider is seeking a React Developer to design and develop modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of frontend development experience, strong skills in JavaScript and React, and excellent communication in Polish and English. This role offers an hourly rate of up to 150 PLN, remote work, and various benefits including course co-financing and a subsidy for work peripherals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and React framework.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in state management (e.g., Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web security principles.
• Strong communication skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2).

Working As a React Developer, You Will

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React
• Build scalable and user-friendly interfaces that deliver excellent user experience and performance
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement front-end architecture and integration strategies
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle - from concept and design to implementation, testing, and deployment
• Participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and ensure high-quality standards across the codebase
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and contribute to technical decisions within the team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and React framework
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience in state management (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and component-based architecture
• Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs and web security principles
• Familiarity with build and packaging tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams
• Good command of Polish (C1) & English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
