Job summary

Central Laboratory for Radiological Protection invites applications for a scientific assistant position in the Department of Radiation Hygiene. The role involves laboratory work and active participation in research projects, with opportunities to publish results in high-index journals.

The candidate should hold a Master degree in chemistry with radiochemistry experience and proficiency in Polish and English. An indefinite-term contract is offered with basic salary and seniority allowances.

Qualifications

• MSc or MScEng in chemistry.
• Radiochemistry/Radiological protection/dosimetry knowledge required.
• Radiation Protection Expert qualifications or intent to acquire RPE.

Responsibilities

• Carry out radiochemical procedures and laboratory work.
• Participate in or lead research projects and secure funding.
• Publish results in high-index journals and conferences.
• Comply with CLOR laws and research institute requirements.
